With a strong presence in the the global market, this admired retailer is growing at an exceptional rate with new products entering the market.Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for an exceptional Regional Head to head their Customer Service team in SEA ( non call centre environment.)

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain , you will be responsible for leading the regional agenda for customer service . The Head of Customer Service is the go to person for driving and influencing the broader Supply Chain and Country Customer teams to address customer service issues. Your customer obsessed traits will see you implement continuous improvement initiatives , monitor key performance metrics and indicators to ensure delivery of customer service excellence.
skills and experience required
To qualify for this role, you will come with 7+ years of Customer Service experience gained within retail , FMCG or Consumer Goods industries. With a good grasp of SAP, you will also be armed with strong order management concepts and supply chain knowledge . With a a small team of Customer Service Leads in each country reporting into you , good leadership skills are key to be successful in this role.
