about the job
Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the respective regional Centre of Excellences (COEs), you will be involved in providing the full spectrum of HR operational support. This role will require you to engage internal stakeholders at all level (from HODs to Executives) and play a pivotal role within internal communication and employee engagement. You are also required to provide end to end support of all HR functions across, at the same time business partnering the respective business leaders and HR representatives across the region covered.
skills and experience required
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources as a HR Generalist and at least 3 years of HR business partnering experience, across a region.. You should also possess good communication skills, to effectively engage stakeholders at all level.
