about the job
Working closely with the business and senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for identifying initiatives to work towards the target operating model. This involves participating in the corporate strategic planning process; monitoring and reporting on activities and assisting with other strategic initiatives such as business proposals and evaluation of M&A activities.
skills and experience required
- At least 10 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry.
- Sound understanding of the operating model within an insurance business.
- A background in consulting, finance or quantitative discipline within insurance would be preferred.
