about the job

Learning directly with the Senior Director of the business, this role will give you the opportunity to work closely with your clients. From taking the brief and understanding their needs, you will do the necessary research and develop the design in tandem with your team. From single buildings to sprawling waterfront developments, you will take true ownership of the projects from start to finish. Collaborating with the most talented designers in the industry, you will learn from the very best the region has to offer. If you enjoy travelling and influencing the urban landscape for growing cities in this region, then this role is a perfect fit for you.

skills and experience required

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of working experience, having taken an urban project from client brief to actual completion
  • Qualifications either in Architecture, Urban Design or relevant certifications
  • Clear communication skills with ability to present your ideas to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Passion for sculpting urban masterpieces
