Your main responsibility will be providing administrative support to the VP. You will also be providing general administrative and secretarial support for the Vice President of Asia and the directors, preparing expense reports for the Vice President of Asia in the Singapore office and process in Concur. You will also serve as the primary resource for the Singapore office in planning meetings, hotel and meal reservations, transportation, arrangements and use of conference room space. Lastly, handling travel arrangements for the management, providing advice for any travel requirement when necessary, managing complex visa applications and flight bookings.
