- PO processing & confirmation of PO to customers (SO Creation)
- Coordinate with purchasing & production departments on schedule arrangements
- Weekly re-schedule report to customers
- Manage invoicing and receivables including exceptions i.e. L/C preparation
- Provide costing to sales person on new projects
- Quotations generation and monitoring of delivery shipment
- Act as operation focal point for customer queries (e.g. documentation and shipment status) and complex sales order resolution
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC qualification
- Min 3 years working experience
- Understand and hands on Order to Cash Business Process
- Knowledge in Supply Chain (UCP guidelines and incoterms) are desirable
- Hands on with order management, processing , fulfilment
- Able to commence within a short notice or immediate will be a plus
- Willing to work in west of Singaporea (Benoi sector / Pioneer / Joo Koon)
