My client, a software development company selling to b2b enterprise clients, are looking for an experienced Account based/Field Marketing Manager to join their team in Singapore on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension and conversion to a permanent role. This position will play a critical role in supporting Singapore field marketing, working with the ASEAN marketing team to prioritize and execute campaigns, and collaborating closely with the Singapore Enterprise and ABM teams.

- Field Marketing Execution: Support and execute marketing campaigns in Singapore, prioritizing activities with the ASEAN marketing team and aligning efforts with the Singapore Enterprise and ABM teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the GM Sales in Singapore and other stakeholders within a matrix organization, including ASEAN and APAC marketing teams, to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Campaign Management: Focus on top accounts in Singapore, executing both horizontal and vertical campaigns, with a particular emphasis on enterprise clients - i.e. Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) and Telecommunications (Telco) sectors.
- Client Focus: Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting top Singapore accounts across all verticals, with a heavier focus on FSI and Telco sectors.

... - Field Execution & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to execute field marketing campaigns, event marketing and navigate complex stakeholder environments. Experience working with sales teams, ASEAN marketing, and APAC marketing teams.
- Campaign Adaptability & Influence: Ability to receive campaign updates, prioritize tasks, and work with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Demonstrated capability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Experience & Passion: Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in B2B tech or software companies, with a strong marketing background. A track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and a demonstrated passion for driving results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in B2B technology or software marketing.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in ABM and targeting top accounts, particularly enterprise accounts.
