In this position, you will be heading the Singapore office in managing a group of Public Relations experts, hiring them, giving them career advice, supporting their professional growth, and conducting performance reviews. With a strong client pipeline in Singapore and the greater APAC area, building a team to seize this market opportunity with the help of their global teams is crucial for this position.
skills and experience required
To be an ideal candidate, you should come with at least 5 years of Public Relations expertise, with prior experience in communications or journalism highly preferred. Due to the nature of the business, web3 Public Relations experience is highly valued but not a requirement. You have excellent business development skills with a track record of success at making sales pitches and gaining new clients, and you have strong media connections in Singapore and the APAC region. Most importantly, you are a strong leader with the capacity to inspire, train, delegate, assist, and coach teams.
