My client is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director to lead their Singapore team of 4-5 Public Relations professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong Public Relations agency background, a proven track record of managing key accounts, and the ability to bring in new clients. This role is pivotal in driving client success, mentoring the team, and contributing to the growth of the business in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage the Singapore Team: Oversee a team of 4-5 Public Relations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of top-tier Public Relations strategies and campaigns.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, strategic planning, and successful campaign execution.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, bringing in new clients and expanding the firm’s footprint in the Web3 and blockchain space.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the C-Suite and global teams to develop and implement innovative Public Relations strategies that align with client goals and the overall direction of the firm.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, encouraging collaboration and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the C-Suite in London, including performance reports, client feedback, and insights into market trends.
skills and experience required
- Experience: 5+ years in a Public Relations agency, with a focus on managing key accounts and leading teams. Experience in the Web3, blockchain, or tech sectors is highly desirable.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with experience in mentoring and developing junior staff.
- Client Management: Strong client-facing skills, with a history of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Business Development: Demonstrated success in bringing in new clients and contributing to business growth.
