about the job

Are you someone who remains professional in all that you do? Are you able to interface with individuals from all levels and of different backgrounds? Can you think on your feet and solve any problem that might come your way?

As an Account Executive for this co-working space, you will be required tap on building a large and vast network, heavily utilising your communication skills and ability to form great relationships. Customising solutions and problem solving skills should be second nature to you when dealing with clients, members and your peers.

Equipped with a team, you will be required to grow and promote the brand to drive sales to maintain full occupancy of the space. Taking charge of your profits and losses (P&L), you are the key person managing the top and bottom line on the operations of your centre to increase occupancy whilst improving members' satisfaction and growth with the centre.

You can look forward to wearing many hats, overseeing the centres' operations, member relations, sales and community events. Each day is guaranteed to be better than the last with a different set of opportunities to look forward to and challenges to overcome.

about the manager/team

Reporting directly to the General Manager based in Singapore, you are the go-to person amongst the community. To help you manage the centre, you will be equipped with a dream team of 3—an Operations Member Relations personnel, an Events personnel and a Sales team member. With that, you will collaborate with other Sales & Operations Managers in the network to share ideas and implement initiatives and processes that would drive the business towards a common goal.

skills & experience required

You should come with a diploma or degree qualification with at least two years of work experiences with a proven sales track record and/or managing operations and spearheading growth in new markets. You should be a people person who is ever-ready and willing to connect with individuals at all levels across different cultures. You are someone who is detail-oriented, focused, reliable and willing to do what it takes to allow the centre to flourish not just as a shared co-working space, but a community.
