In this role, you will be reporting to an Account Manager and your responsibilities include:
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the largest luxury clients in the APAC region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.
Regional Account Oversight:
- Manage and oversee accounts, coordinating efforts across the region to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience.
- Collaborate with international teams to implement strategies and initiatives for key luxury clients.
Operational Excellence:
- Implement and optimize operational processes to ensure efficient delivery of luxury products and services.
- Work closely with internal departments, including logistics and supply chain, to streamline processes and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Customized Solutions:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Work with internal teams to develop and implement customized offerings for key luxury clients.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate regular reports on account performance, providing insights into key metrics and trends.
- Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in the account management process.
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management within the luxury retail sector, with a focus on the APAC region.
- Exceptional customer management and communication skills.
- Strong operational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Korean.
