My client is looking for an Account Manager (digital) to join their team. The account manager should have a wide knowledge of the digital landscape in order to manage their client portfolios. It is essential for you to use different methodologies to add value to the company's strategy. Maintaining and building long-term client relations will be needed to continually develop the business.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for digital related matters
  • Ability to manage mutiple stakeholders and digital campaigns
  • Broad knowledge of current digital trends
  • Able to develop and build strong long-term relationships by doing close follow ups
  • Robhust consultative skills to suggest design solutions to ensure digital projects grow customer ROI
  • Daily and monthly reporting on performance metrics
  • Strong analystical skills to ensure project success


skills and experience required

  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, technology or any related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Able to communicate and liase with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience implementing SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • Excellent listening and written skills
  • Creative and innovative mindset to be able to contribute new ideas for the team
  • Experience working in a B2B environment
