This prestigious organization has an outstanding local and international reputation in its field is currently in search for a Account Manager (Operations) to join their team to assist in supporting the business unit in its next phase of growth.

Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Account Manager will play a crucial role in the team’s continued development and success in Singapore. You will be responsible client, contract and people management and ensure the set standards of service deliverables are met. Responsibilities will include but not limited to managing the day to day operations of hospital for example people management and training, HSE matters, stakeholder management/client retention, procurement as well as food operations and more. You will be responsible for managing all food operations for the hospital as you will be working with counter parts such as head chef, hse officers etc to ensure the food safety management system is kept and maintained within guidelines. The support services such as cleaning, landscaping, HVAC, security, lift and fire protection will also be under your care.

skills and experience required.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

  • Ideally you will have at least 8 years in a similar leadership role, background in facilities management, operations
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Management , Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent.
  • Experience is contract management, people management and operation management is a must
  • Ability to work independently and make logical decisions
  • Previous experience in site facilities management and is aware of current industry best practices in safety, maintenance and engineering
  • Experience working in food operations or a healthcare background is a bonus
