- You are accountable for the growth of the Personal Care and Home Care business unit across the SEA region.
- You need to identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers as well as new potential customers.
- You will work closely with the technical, and marketing team to roll out and execute the Go-to-market strategies and develop new projects.
- You need to consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- You need to attend professional network, seminars, trade shows etc to build up the networks.
about the manager/team
You will work in an individual contributor role and in a team environment.
skills & experience required
- You will possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant work experience in the sales field, with a minimum 5 years of sales experience in the personal care, and home care industries.
- Good understanding of the personal and home care market will be a definite plus.
- You are willing and able to travel frequently within the SEA region.
