about the job
In this role, you will be taking on a field sales position with the primary responsibility for managing, acquiring, retaining, and developing a portfolio of retailers and stores with the main goal of forging partnerships and establishing the precondition for merchants to provide exceptional customer experience. Other responsibilities include:
- Oversee and develop a portfolio of more than 300 merchants, with an emphasis on shop visits and training. You must also maintain HQ relations at your designated merchants.
- Cross-selling of the business's services.
- Improve sales quota through frequent training and store visitations.
- Increase merchants' familiarity and proficiency with the company’s offerings to boost performance and maintain retention.
- Introduce sales or merchant partnership ideas and plans to the management
- Determine potential customers and profitably turn them into merchants.
skills and experience required
- At least 2 years of sales /account management experience;
- or Retail and Hospitality sales experience.
