about the company

Our client is a well established global company with a prestigious reputation for manufacturing of high-quality semiconductor equipment. Due to their expansion plans and focus on the Asia market, we are currently partnering them to look for an Accounts Assistant on a 1 year contract basis, convertible/extendable depending on business needs.

about the job

As the Accounts Assistant, you will report directly to the Finance Manager. You will be handling partial sets activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and will be supporting month end closing activities. You will also be processing staff expense claims and also assist in ad-hoc operational duties.

skills and experience required

You should ideally possess a diploma in accountancy or equivalent. Prior experience in handling partial or full set of account is an added advantage. Ability to read and write mandarin as the role requires correspondence with partners in Taiwan who are unable to speak fluent English.
