about the job

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be in charge of customer billing, verify sales collections and reconcile sales reports. You will also generate aging reports and help with bank reconciliation. Working closely with other departments, you will ensure that all relevant documents are submitted and processed on a timely basis. You will also be supporting the month-end closing, reporting and GST submission etc.

skills and experience required

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • LCCI / ACCA / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
  • Come with at least 4 years of Accounts Receivable and General Ledger experience in MNC environment
  • Bahasa speaking is required as you will be liaising with Indonesia stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP system
  • Positive working attitude and meticulous with accuracy & efficiency
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
