about the company

Our client is an established organization in the Construction field. They are looking for an Accounts Executive to join their finance team and support the Finance Manager in handling the Accounting department.

about the job

Working in a finance team of 6 locally, you will report directly to the Financial Manager and your main scope will be:

  • Handle partial set of accounts (AP & AR)
  • Key in and preparation of payment, reconciliation of vendors’ accounts
  • Ensure accuracy of invoices and outgoing payments
  • Monitoring the progress of projects, investigating variances, and ensuring that project billings are issued to customers
  • Assist in monthly closing, GST, annual audit process and reconciliations
  • Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned

skills & experience required

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in full scope of AR & AP
  • Able to work in far West - walking distance from Gul Circle
