about the job
You will be ensuring the smooth operational flow within the Accounts Payable Function such as keeping track of purchase orders, verifying vendor invoices against purchase orders, managing month end closings and performing balance sheet reconciliations.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be Diploma qualified in Finance or Accounting and possess at least 1 year of working experience. You have to be organised and pay close attention to detail. You need to be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin as there will be Chinese counterparts that you have to work with. Prior SAP knowledge will come in as an advantage for this role.
