about the company

A leading specialist healthcare organization which has established strong brand name and growth, they are looking for an Accounts Receivables Manager to help in managing their finance operations for their business operations.

about the job

Reporting to the Regional Finance Controller, you will be managing a sizeable team with responsibility for AR activities including monthly closing and reconciliations, revenue recognition and bad debt provisioning. You will follow up on monthly invoicing, receipts functions and outstanding invoices. You will provide AR ageing, collections reports and cash flow forecast and periodic reviews of customer credit limit. You will also continuously drive improvements to optimize processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirements.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be accounting qualified and at least 10 years of hands on AR experiences, preferably with exposure to SAP. You are able to manage high volume transactions where processes are manual. You are a strong team player and are communicative, dynamic and adaptable to a fast paced and diverse environment.
