about the company
My client is looking for an Administrator to support the compliance/ audit team.


about the job
As the Compliance/ Audit Administrator, you will be in charge of file management and data entry. You will help with updating data into the system, generating reports and enforcing accuracy of the data inputs. Your duties are vital in ensuring SOP compliance and daily procedures are executed according to guidelines. Other adhoc duties will be assigned to you as required.

about the manager/team
You will be working closely with a warm and close knitted team.


skills and experience required
You should come with at least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Compliance checks. You must be comfortable with data entry. You should be at least a diploma holder. You should be proficient in Microsoft office skills such as Excel. You must be detail oriented, meticulous, process driven and have good time management to meet deadlines. You must be able to work with minimal supervision and a team player. The ideal candidate should be personable and have good communication skills.

must have: SOP and compliance check experience, data entry
