The company is a very stable trading firm that is part of one of the largest banks in Japan. They have a successful investment portfolio in the region and the management is made by of a highly seasoned and experienced team in banking and investment.

about the job

You will need to assist to greet incoming guests and visitors to the Singapore office and serve tea to guests. In addition, you will be responsible for flight and hotel bookings for colleagues on business travels. You will also need to organize and maintain a filing system as well as ordering office stationery, pantry supplies and name cards from vendors on a monthly basis.

about the manager / team

This role reports to the Head of Administration and HR, with 3 other team members within a conducive working environment.

skills & experience required

You should come with minimum 3 years of office administrative experience in a corporate office environment. The Singapore office is mid sized with a staff strength of about 50. The ideal candidate should come with a very positive attitude, good team-work, the ability to work responsibly and independently, and be overall cheerful and personable. This role will be an initial 6-months contract due to a lack of headcount, with plans for permanent conversion or renewal subject to satisfactory work performance.
