An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and experienced Admin Assistant, Legal & Compliance team of a top tier investment firm.

about the job

Being part of a high performing legal and compliance team, you support a team of 6 legal officers of various seniority and provide seamless team administration support.

You will be providing a full suite of legal administration including collation and updating of database, corporate secretariat registers, regulatory portfolio updates, preparation of paperwork around compliance and regulatory filings, and other legal and compliance reporting. You should be a highly meticulous administrator who holds yourself accountable for accuracy. You will work in a extremely fast paced environment and be capable of delivery tasks within high turnaround time.

This role would start as a 12 month contract with benefits and ideally have you onboard in the month of March 2019.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with a diploma /degree qualification and 5 years of legal administration, corporate secretarial, or regulatory and compliance experiences. It would be an advantage if you have exposure working within the banking & financial services environment. In return, this role offers salary up to S$5,000 per month with benefits.
