An international legal firm with headquarters in the United Kingdom is seeking an Admin Assistant to join the Singapore office.

Are you someone who is self driven, service oriented and highly resourceful to get things organised and completed in a orderly manner? This role involves a wide spectrum of administrative duties that requires prioritising and multi-tasking. Apply now if you are up for the challenge!

  • Heavy duty printing, binding and sorting out of court documents during trials
  • Preparation of meeting papers
  • Be involved in administrative projects such as setting up warehousing processes, keeping up with precedents and records of files
  • Ad-hoc admin support to key stakeholders including lawyers and other business units

skills & experience required

You would come with at least 2 years of admin experiences within legal firm or professional services environment. In return, this role pays up to S$3000 with excellent welfare benefits.
