about the job
- To process Customer Purchase Orders via the various system correctly
- To liaise between internal departments coordinating with Sales and Operations
- To assist sales in generating quotations and follow-up on backlogs
- To assign and schedule tasks for operations and inform/update for any unforeseen changes
- To coordinate with customers, update delivery date, checking discrepancy
- To push more Typ2 STD mesh to improve material gain
- Open to work in the west (Pioneer/Boon Lay/Jurong) - Transport provided
skills & experience required
- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level Or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field
- Familiar with system like NICE, NDS & SAP
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
