    My client is a well established supply chain and logistics provider, they are operating in 34 countries and have 70 offices operating internationally.

    about the job

    In this newly created role, your core focus will be to provide administrative support to the team.

    Your job responsibility includes handling management’s travel arrangement, maintaining and performing banking related work and documentation whilst aligning with legal compliances as required. You will also be handling general receptionist duties, where you will be required to attend to visitors, answering calls for the office, and receiving and sending courier packages. The duties also include upkeep and maintenance of the office and its supplies, as well as preparation and coordination for meetings, training and company events.

    about the manager/team

    You will be reporting to the head of strategies and work closely with the COO.

    skills and experience required

    The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 2 years of administrative experience. You should be a team player, but also able to work independently on the assigned tasks. To succeed in this role, you need to be proficient in MS office, you will be expected to converse and communicate in Japanese, to coordinate with multiple Japanese native-speaking stakeholders, who are not fluent in English.
