about the job

You will support the delivery of human capital services with dual responsibilities of assisting the Senior Director in all the day to day administrative operational needs and support within the Group Learning & Development department. You will be the key person in maintaining the HRIS system and ensure all information is up to date; Career Development & Succession Planning, Learning Management System, Performance Management & Goal Management, Individual Development Plan. etc.

Learning & OD:

  • Handle employees’ queries and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Prepare and design training materials and training calendar.
  • Manage employees’ development needs, course registration and tracking of training hours for yearly Sustainability reporting.
  • Plan and coordinate senior management induction program schedule and staff quarterly orientation programs
  • Plan, coordinate and prepare pre-course administration i.e. email invitation, venue booking and materials.
  • Administer post course administration i.e. cross charges of training cost and Government claims.
  • Program coordination for projects, training, and programs that are initiated from the L&D Function i.e. Townhall.
  • Internal Communications, Staff Events and managing the Intranet Page.
  • Responsible to prepare and send all HC related email comms.
  • Organize and facilities with staff engagement activities and events i.e. Staff Dinner & Dance, Townhall & etc.

Administrative support:

  • Provide full range of secretarial support.
  • Prepare travel itinerary, maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Any other duties assigned by group L&OD Director i.e. prepare presentation slides

skills and experience required

You will be Diploma qualified demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in HR Ops/admin. Knowledge in SAP and/or success factors in your present or past roles will be an added advantage. You will be someone who is very familiar with training grants and all other aspects in training coordination and support function. You will be someone who is able to multitask and work well across different business functions with excellent presentation skills . Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone with the ability to communicate well with people of all demographics and cultural levels. Mandarin speaking skills will be a mandate due to business needs for communication with stakeholders.
