You will assist with travel arrangements, visa application, claims etc for Directors and Managers. In addition, you will help to organise company events and outings, liaise with vendors on various matters, and provide admin support pre and post seminars. You will also be responsible to coordinate office equipment, contracts and renewals.

This role reports to the Office Manager, and there is potential career progression.

skills & experience required

You need to come with minimum 2 years experience as an administrative executive or secretary in a multi-national corporation. You should also possess some HR experience like leave maintenance, pass applications, etc and be willing to cover Reception duties when required. This role is well-suited for somebody who is resourceful, meticulous and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The incumbent should also possess a pleasant and cheerful personality and be a good team player.
