My client is a Japanese multinational electronics company consisting of three broad "business fields" - Consumer, Solutions and Components & Devices. The company was founded in the early 1900s and has grown to become one of the largest Japanese electronics producers in the world. In addition to electronics, it offers non-electronic products and services such as home renovation services.

about the job

You will be conducting orientation and responsible for on-boarding procedures for Japanese citizens relocating to Singapore including application and renewal or cancellation of work passes such as Employment or Dependent Passes. You will manage expats monthly payroll and be responsible for the filling of yearly Income Tax. In addition you will be required to manage those recolationg by settling Singapore matters such as accommodation and car and administer and advise them on welfare related matters such as home and medical leave . You will be responsible to administer repatriation procedure and liaise with Japanese Association Administration to organise activities such as handling Corporate Membership and for the planning / involvement for Panasonic Group activities

skills and experience required

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Admin or Human Resources and 3 - 5 years of working HR and assisting in relocation matters. Required to have at least JLPT Level 2 as the role required to communicate with Japan HQ and translation of Japanese documents to English
