about the job
In this role, you will be responsible to manage all office administrative and facilities, while taking care of the welfare of over 90 headcounts in the office. You will also take charge of courier services, ensuring travel arrangements are in compliance with group and local policies, working with external vendors to archive and store documents, preparing onboarding logistics for new hires / visitors from other offices, invoicing, and helping with events held on-site, from the preparation of logistics to engaging vendors to clean up after the event. Office lease renewals, liaising with the building management, vendor management, benefits and welfare administration, along with expatriate administration, will fall under your care. You will need to provide coverage for the Receptionist whenever they go on leave.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Head of HR and Admin, while managing a team of 2 headcounts - 1 Receptionist and 1 Office Executive.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 8 years of relevant experience in office management, preferably in the banking and financial services space. You will need to have good initiative and flexibility in your work scope, and be able to follow through with your tasks diligently and efficiently. Coming with prior experience in a supervisory role and experience in managing end-to-end administration for employees relocating to Singapore, will work to your advantage in this role.
