Based along the north line , our client is a well established MNC seeking a talented Admin Assistant to join their dynamic and stable culture. This role requires an individual that will bring a "can do" attitude to a hard working and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join a unique, progressive and stable MNC firm in this exciting 6 months temporary opportunity. You must be available to interview and start immediately.

About the role
Your role supporting a vibrant office and working within a supportive team, your role would involve:

Diary management
Meeting arrangement
Front office duties including; answering phones, booking meetings with corporate clients
Conduct new hire building orientation
Admin Assistant support
Database management
Other ad-hoc administration tasks as required

Skills and Experience

Experience working in a similar position
3+years’ experience reporting to Manager
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
Overall great team player
High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
Excellent time management skill
