About the job

They are in search of an Administrative Assistant to provide general logistics and administrative support to the Marketing department. Your job responsibilities include providing support to the day-to-day logistics arrangement and operations pertaining to events and activities conducted by the department, assist in the procurement of brand premiums and branding equipment, handle the inventory list of brand assets and collaterals kept in the warehouse, prepare proper documentations pertaining to procurements of inventories, assist in monthly stock take and assist in administering basic secretarial support to the Managing Director.

About the manager/team

This role sits within the Marketing Department and reports directly to the Senior Brand Manager.

Skills and experience required

The incumbent should be tertiary educated and come with at least 2 years of relevant experience in administration/ event management or logistics. To succeed in this role, you must be adaptable and possess high levels of problem solving ability to identify and resolve arising issues in a timely and efficient manner. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English to communicate with stakeholders in a diverse environment. The ideal candidate should also be organised and possess the ability to prioritise tasks delegated. Prior knowledge in SAP is advantageous.
