    about the job
    The company is looking to expand their support team to sustain the growth of their business.
    As a support member of the Singapore office you are responsible for supporting the daily operation to make sure the processes in place run smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for the Singapore office and therefore our voice and first impression to the outside world. Your job responsibility includes attending to incoming phone/email enquiries, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining contact list, distributing correspondence, assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, reconciling expenses reports and coordinating office maintenance requirements.

    This role requires you to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality and provide secondary personal assistant support to the Chairman of the organisation.

    about the manager/team
    You will be working in a lean team of 5 and report directly to the Chairman of the organisation.

    skills and experience required
    The incumbent should be tertiary educated, come with at least 1 year of experience working in an administrative function. To succeed in this role, you must be organised, proactive and possess high levels of problem solving ability to identify and resolve arising issues in a timely and efficient manner. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English to communicate with stakeholders in a diversified environment.
