In this role you will support the finance department to assist in making payments, processing incoming invoices, and verification of receipts. You will organize and manage a filing system for important and confidential company documents. In addition, you will help to maintain office furnishing, equipment, and supplies, and provide administrative support for the maintenance of the telephone, communication, and computing system. You will also assist to organise staff and office events, as well as to manage office administration including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces.
about the manager / team
This role reports to the CEO but will work very closely with the Office Manager for day to day operational matters.
skills & requirements for the job
