about the job

You will be responsible to manage the total office and administration functions of the office including but not limited to facilities management, office security, housekeeping, stationary, reception and pantry supplies, mail room, transport and travel. In addition, you will be involved in project management such as office renovation, international offices set-up and moves. You will also be responsible to manage the budget for procurement of products and services so as to ensure optimum utilization at maximum cost savings, as well as support contract negotiations and ensure fulfillment of terms of vendor agreements and contracts. You will maintain vendor relationships to facilitate delivery of outsourced services. You will also be responsible for matters such as lease, renewals and insurance.

about the manager / team

You will get to oversee all the various facility vendors. Yourself and the team all report to the Director.

Skills & experience required

You should be tertiary-educated with a minimum of 10 years of office administrative experience, preferably in a fast paced MNC environment. The ideal candidate must have good command of spoken and written English. This role is well suited for somebody who is meticulous with good follow up skills, as well as strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task. You should also be able to interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
