about the job

You will carry out a wide range of business support and coordination activities for the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes Order Processing, including recording of orders, PO acknowledgement, sales order preparation, scheduling of deliveries, invoicing, etc. In addition, you will check tenders and assist in tender submission as well as prepare and send quotations to customers, prepare Purchase Orders for your sales colleagues, and prepare quarterly customer service feedback reports. You will also receive goods and assist in stock take twice a year.

about the manager/team

This role reports directly to the Operations Manager, and there are 2 other Admin Support Officers in the same department.

Skills & requirements for the job

You should be tertiary-educated with minimum 1 year of administrative, order processing or customer service experience. You must possess excellent spoken and written English. Candidates with proficiency in SAP will be advantageous. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated and professional person.
