A cyber security start up is looking for an Office Administrator to join the Singapore office.

about the job

As the Office Administrator, you are primarily responsible for assisting in the full spectrum of office administration duties for the company, which include maintaining the office facilities and supplies, handling generic business travel arrangements and expenses claims for the stakeholders, accounting and finance duties and liaising with external vendors on the maintenance of office premises.

You will be a part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team who are switched on and are extremely passionate about their work.

skills and experience required

The successful incumbent for this role comes with at least 3 years of relevant office administrative experience in a start up environment. You are a highly motivated and eloquent individual, with the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels. You take great pride in your work, and are able to deliver high quality work. Immediate starters are highly preferred!

In return this role will offer a salary up to S$3500 or commensurate with experience and qualifications.
