    The company is a well-established and stable Asian bank located in the CBD area of Singapore. This role is a 1-year contract on renewable basis, due to lack of headcount.

    about the job

    You will be seated at the reception desk and suuport all aspects of office procurement and vendor relationship management and record management and the local procurement cycle, effectively managing supply and demand across Operations in order to drive maximum value from the bank’s purchasing requirements and continuously minimise recurring expenses. In addition you will assist in the development and implementation of the branch internal communications policies, programs, and plans, including determining the appropriate message, content, audience and channel for distribution, in order to ensure the proper and timely communication of to all employees, and help them create and distribute appropriate messages to the various targeted audiences. You will also manage and maintain office environment/assets in good working condition in line with regulatory and company standards. This role helps to oversee the Administrative function of the company.

    about the manager / team

    You will report to the Operations and Project Manager and there is another Business Support Officer at peer level within the team,.

    skills & requirements for the job

    You need to come equipped with minimum 7 years of office administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. This role is also well-suited for somebody with excellent interpersonal skills with proactive attitude, tact and diplomacy.
