about the job
Act as primary liaison between management and staff, providing essential administrative, policies, and other relevant communications. Support and work closely with HR partners/agents on recruitment processes, interview, selection, hiring, on-boarding, confirmation, performance & KPI reviews. Support certification process and maintain documentation on ISO, Halal and food safety for Cold Store and food factories. Maintain internal & business databases and records, including employee records, company contracts, lease, documentation, non-production & recurring admin costs, vehicle documents, etc. Prepare and submit applications, renewals and tracking of government grants, licenses, and business processes. Support and oversee activities to achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive and positive office environment, as well as other ad hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time.

You will be working in a small team, and reporting directly to the HR or CEO .
