    about the job

    In the role of an Administrative Executive (Project), you will be expected to support the business in performing day to day administrative tasks and ensure seamless business operations. Your responsibilities include the upkeep of office and pantry inventories, maintenance of general office presentability and equipment’s operationality as well as the organization of internal and external corporate events as required.

    Additionally, you are to assist the Project Delivery Team in the creation and distribution of project related documents, while maintaining an organized record of information within the company's database. To excel in the role, you should possess a proactive disposition, in effectively following up on status of project progression and assist in the submission of project claims.

    This role reports directly to the Deputy Director

    skills and experience required

    The ideal candidates should be tertiary educated and possess at least 1 year of experience in an office administrative function preferably within the media industry. Agility in picking up new systems and knowledge is essential as the role would require meticulous attention to detail in the maintenance of information within the company’s operative system. The ideal candidate would need to be able to multitask under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with your stakeholders and external vendors to support business requirements.
