about the job

You will be responsible to manage the office and administration functions of the office. The full spectrum of general office administration include facilities management, front office services, office security, housekeeping, stationary, reception and pantry supplies, mail room, parking, transport and travel. In addition, you will be responsible for project management of workplace initiatives such as office renovation and moves, as well as managing the budget for procurement of products and services so as to ensure optimum utilization at maximum cost savings. You will also manage contract negotiations and ensure fulfillment of terms of vendor agreements and contracts. Overall, you will maintain vendor relationships to facilitate delivery of outsourced services and be responsible for matters such as lease, renewals, insurance.

about the manager / team

The current headcount stands at 10 but there will be planned growth and expansion for the office at a gradual strategic level.

Skills and experience required

You should be tertiary-educated with a minimum of 10 years of office administrative (and/or development projects management) experience, preferably in a fast paced MNC environment. The job is well suited for somebody with effective problem-solving ability and strong organizational capability. You must also have solid communication skills and be able to interact professionally with all levels of management and staff. The candidate must possess strong knowledge on modern administrative practices and next generation IT applications.
