about the job
In the role of an Administration Manager, you will be required to support the business in performing day to day administrative tasks including the facilitation of office maintenance works in collaboration with the IT department, maintaining an accurate and organized record of documentation within the company’s operative system, providing general administrative support to the regional and operations manager and assisting in office supplies requisition activities.
This role will also require you to maintain regular communication with a diverse range of stakeholders including regional and international suppliers and clients in providing updates with regards to shipments and billing matters. You will be working closely with the team in supporting the preparation of QBRs; implementing, administering, and maintaining agreed operational processes including; Client Workbooks & Country Appendices, region invoice templates, agent details, etc while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and protocol.
about the manager/team
You will be working in a lean team of 5 to 6 member in supporting the business operational requirements. This role reports directly to the Regional Manager of the Singapore office.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidates should be tertiary educated and possess prior experience in an administrative function preferably within the international trade/logistic sector. Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems is advantageous as the role would require meticulous attention to detail in the maintenance of information within the company’s operative system. To excel in this role, you will need to be able to multitask under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with your stakeholders and ensure quality service delivered.
