You will manage the administration team as the capacity of a Section Head. You will lead and train all staffs in section includes vendors to perform daily/weekly/monthly and ad-hoc administration related tasks. In addition, you will coordinate with other teams or other departments to proceed own work and project and ensure the quality of the outcome as a Section Head. You will also maintain the internal procedures related Administration in line with Head Office & local authorities’ policies and procedures, as well as manage the Administrative and coordination tasks and team roles.

This role reports to the Head of IT and Operations for Asia region.
skills & requirements for the job
You should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of procurement or accounting or budgeting and/or business planning experience. Prior experience of operations in a managerial/leadership position are needed, plus expertise of banking operations will be an advantage. This role is well suited for somebody with good problem-solving skills and the ability to acquire consensus among stakeholders. Business-level proficiency in both the English and Japanese languages as you are required to communicate, read and understand as well as respond and present to management in Japan who may not be proficient in English.
