about the job
Your day to day responsibilities includes:

  • Execute, coordinate and supervise the administrative, operational and documentation matters in respect of a syndicated credit facility.
  • Working together with various external and internal stakeholders including account managers,borrowers, participating financial institutions & etc., on administrative issues regarding the transaction and the documentation, enabling syndication of the facility.
  • Resolving relevant issues arising with regard to the syndicated facility and dealing with internal and external stakeholders on such issues.
  • Careful review and negotiation of the documentation for the syndicated credit facility.
  • Ensuring that operational deliverables will not be overly risky and/or cumbersome for the department, complying with any laws and regulations (as the case may be).
  • Monitoring of reporting requirements and relevant facility’s covenants.
  • Arrange/facilitate meetings with facility participants and/or the borrower to discuss the developments and monitoring of any agreements.


skills and experience required

  • A relevant degree
  • Experience in handling syndicated loan facility agency work(in the role of facility &
    security agent)
  • A good understanding of financing structures and various agency roles
  • Experience in dealing with different stakeholders / parties in syndicated loan transactions
  • Ability to work & deal with rapidly changing circumstances and tight deadlines
