• Generate financial models for pricing, forecasting maintenance events and debt financing schedules.
• Use financial models for business plans and cash flow forecasting
• Prepare proposals, terms sheets and letters of intent for aircraft lease and acquisition
• Analyse transaction opportunities and make recommendations to the management team
• Assist to prepare financial analysis of proposals and summarise deal terms for management approval
• Manage all phases of the aircraft leasing renewal, acquisition, sale
• Coordinates with legal, finance, sales and technical teams
• Participates in lease, sale and acquisition negotiations
• Supports the transaction lawyers in documentation and closing
• Assist to provide documentation to lease management team
• Prepare information for management reporting

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Finance and/or Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in financial modelling will be an advantage
• Experience in the aviation leasing industry
• At least 5 years’ experience in aviation finance, aviation maintenance, program management and contract negotiations.
