My client is in the consumer tech space, looking for a Senior HR Executive as a strategic partner.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of an HR and Office manager, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process and serving as a brand ambassador to potential candidates.
  • Support the expansion of the business unit and make use of innovative platforms to build up a candidate pipeline.
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary cases.
  • Drive employee branding and attend industry workshops/ events.
  • Drive positive change in the business and align to its business goals.
  • Initiate company events and activities to maintain company culture.
  • Design employee engagement initiatives to ensure a highly driven and motivated workforce

skills and experience required
You should be a graduate in HR degree or business management field and possess at least 5 years of experience in the HR and Office Management function. Candidates from a small set-up or startup environment would be highly preferred. You should come with in-depth knowledge of MOM regulations and statutory requirements. Having prior experience in rolling out Employee Stock Options plans would be highly advantageous.

You must be someone who is switched on and possess strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders of all levels.
