about the job
- You will be part of the cash operations team, responsible for processing all Cash payment services
- You will be involved in cash transaction processing, GIRO transactions processing, processing of Local Payments, Static data maintenance.
- This position is mainly a client facing role to receive and process various cash management services for clients.
- Perform reports generation and pre branch opening procedures prior to branch opening.
skills and experience required
- Possess relevant experience in Back Office Processing
- Prior experience in cash counter service handling is an advantage
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, independent and motivated to excel
- Excellent team player with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure while adhering to tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel and MS Word)
