about the job
- Develop new business and implement marketing strategies for business growth and profitability
- Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers
- Provide leadership & guidance for the supply chain department
- Establish KPIs for the logistics operations
- Develop a continuous improvement environment
- Streamline operations procedures and develops plans to manage turnover
- Oversee all facets of the daily operations of each business units
- Develop and manages budget planning to minimize operations expenditure
skills & experience required
- Master / Bachelor in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Management
- Min 10 years of experience in solution selling & new business development (3PL)
- In-depth understanding of logistics, warehousing, fulfillment and order-to-cash supply chain management
- Able to travel to overseas for work assignment. APAC Region (about 40%)
