about the job
As the APAC Channel Manager of the organization, you are effectively required to:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for hospital products within the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, procurement teams, and healthcare professionals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including collaborations and partnerships, to expand market share and revenue.
Provide product training and support to sales representatives within the region.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning and product development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 5 years of regional sales experience within the medical device business. Candidates with hospital products experience are preferred.
