About the company

A private bank is looking for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager/AVP to join the C&B team. Are you looking to join an organisation that believes strongly in a positive workplace culture?

About the role

You will be a key member responsible for the deliverables in key C&B core processes in the Bank. You will provide advisory and support to HRBP on incentives initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide advice and support on implementation of global level incentives programs and plans
  • Support the annual salary and bonus cycle
  • Collate and participate in market surveys
  • Analysis of market data for competitive benchmarking
  • Conduct data analytics on HR metrics
  • Responsible for end to end performance management and promotion process
  • Identify and recommend solution/improvements to the e-performance management system
  • Review and enhance HR workflow for performance management and promotion processes

About you

You are a team player with great interpersonal skills who has good stakeholders’ management. Additionally, you are meticulous and comfortable with working with large amount of data. You have an analytical mind and good problem solving skills. You are someone who is resilient and open to changes.

You should have a Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Studies with at least 10 years of experience in various HR functions including performance management and C&B.
